Is it important for the ESOL letter written by the school to be stamped ? The school said they don't have a stamp and they have done lots of these sort of things so should be ok right ? Hi i am british and my wife is here on a chinese passport with spouse visa. My wife is applying for a visa to go to Italy but they require the marriage certificate and translation to be stamped by the Chinese embassy,

so if she goes on holiday for 3 - 6 months out of the uk. She will need to prove she has a life in the uk when she goes through immigration ??
surely this is just an inconvenience ?

if she has been away a long time, does she just go through customs the usual way ? or would they pull her to one side ? etc ect

so once she has ILR, she can leave the uk for less than 2 years and come back for a few months, then leave for less than 2 years again and come back again for a few months ??

i mean when she has the ilr stamp in her passport, is there a maximum time she is allowed out of the UK ??

ie my wife is on spouse visa and wont apply for ilr till june 2013. So she does not need this BRPermit till she applies for ilr ?

Hi my wife has spouse visa but it says no recourse to public funds on the visa. I know this means she cant get any benefits, but does it mean she cant get anything funded by the government such as training also ?

yes i am very anxious too, we have also been waiting about 6 weeks.
I check the online tracking application eveyday, and the status hasnt changed at all.

Is it possigble to be refused if u have a lot of money althoguh I am not earning a lot ? i.e. if some money was given to me a few years ago by parents etc.

My cousin used to live here but he still gets his bank statements etc here.
What things should he change his address or what ever to to make sure the eco dont think he still lives here ?
