Hi I like to know when on ILR claiming Job seekers allowance and Housing Benefit, if going to Europe for short period say 5 days. will it be any risk on coming back on airport? do I need to close the Job seekers allwance? or can i keep it open as only going for 5 days? do they in airport IO check on...

hi

I can confirm that UK ILR holders do not need visa to visit Romania for up to 90 days. and i have recently travelled there on ILR without a Romania visa

if you apply for Long Residence Rule.

you do not need any academic documents.

it does not matter if u were studying or not.

all they need to see is if you were living legally in UK for 10 years.

YES....MY ALL 10 years was on Student visa.
even my Student visa was valid till December 2012. But I applied on 12 March 2011 and received ILR in my house on 13 April 2011. (ILR dated 5 April 2011)

hi

is there any risk on travelling for holiday for short period with ILR?
i heard that IO in airport can cancel the ILR and land as Visitor Visa for 180 days? is it possible? and why they do this? and how often this happens?

if this happens what are the possibilities to get back ILR? or Citizenship?
