Will I become eligible for ILR?

I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT in September 2007 and staying here from then on various extensions. My current visa is valid till March 2012 as Tier 2 Established staff If I stay here till September 2012(through another extension), will be eligible for ILR? This info would help me to do my future plannin...

CoS is for some one to work here in UK. It is not required for dependants. But i don't know, whether this has to be mentioned when the sponsors issue for CoS

Are in you in UK or applying from outside

Together is always better as they will know the case together, but it won't make any difference!

You can get a letter from UK employer to provide a letter stating that they will be maintaining here in UK. They need to mention you and your dependants name in the letter. That is sufficient

I have just submitted visa application online, however the appointment is due only by 1st week of June.

Now I need to cancel the application, as I have to make some changes to the application

Hi

Exactly the same happened to one of my friend, but he did not applied through immigration firm

He had to send the new form with proper payment details(the best is postal order)

No need to worry about returning of document, but do it ASAP
