Should be ok as long as you have paid the correct amount of money. Even if the amount is not correct and you have paid less the office will collect the right amount. Just highlight the mistake you have made and will be ok.

Thanks so much. Wanted to ask if I have to mention about it as I can't see any option in the form and also its written that if work is less than 20 hrs per week we don't have to inform HO.
