Here is the link on UKBA website re criminal record which says includes traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices such as parking or speeding or parking tickets. I had a speeding fine and 3 points on my licence just prior to applying for my Entrepreneur visa £50k UK route. My solicitor said I had to declare this on the form. I did write the details on the form. I received my visa. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I did my bios on 12 November and have not heard anything since. PSW route to Tier 1 Ent Applied in UK Funds £50k held in UK Could you update here if you are still waiting as those who applied in Jan and Feb and even Mar seem to be receiving responses. I agree postal order is best in my opinion and you tick the relevant box in Section 1. Section 6 Under Listed Items you should put bank statements and the number of bank statements you are including. Hi, I experienced the same problem with bank statements, I received two months but not the third month. So my bank manager wrote a letter for me confirming I had a balance of £800 at all times during the 90 day period and I submitted the letter only and received my visa with no problems.
