No worries - yes I got my PR confirmed in 2007 that is correct - phew sorry I am just so nervous they deny my right to be in the country because I am seperated from the EEA National.

And yes EEA4 form is what I filled in when I applied in 2007 :)

Under EU law, a couple remain family members as long as they have not divorced/dissolved the civil partnership. Therefore, a non-EEA family member may still be able to obtain permanent residence even though s/he has physically separated from her/his EEA-national spouse/civil partner.

I already have PR by being in the country for 5 years etc.. etc......

My initial question was if I need to transfer my PR card to my new passport the authorities require a brand new application! My problem is I will be seperated, would my PR still be granted on this basis...
