HELP PLZ

Hi, I live in UK and my status is settled (ILR), I am in love with a girl who is simply on visitor visa, I want to marry her and get her to stay with me without sending her back home, can she change status from vist visa to spouse visa without going back home..?

Same situation with me? plz help or advice?

I sent my form on 1st Nov and they tried to take payment on 2nd Dec at 10:00 in morning, I didnt have sufficient funds in my account untill 14:30 and therefore payment refused. So far I've not received any documents back from them neither any letter, upon asking my bank to check the logs they told h...
