I applied on 2nd dec from Mumbai North VFS office...

Dear Friend...You cant fight with them based on statement give in this website....until and unless such statements are not mentioned on UK BA website we cant do anything.....

Better wait and watch that is the only available option.....

So if we take this conversation in to consideration it means that though our status is in process its might not have been processed so far...... As far as verification of documents is concerned it does not take so long so most prob application might not have been processed yet.... regarding point E ...

I got an response to my email that i had sent to Bombay Visaenquiries.....They say that ''Kindly await the decision as your application is still under process......''

There is no option left but to keep waiting with hope that we will get it soon.....

It says data is for ''all decisions made in December 2010'' but it does not say its for applications received in which month so we cant exactly say they are processing which month applications at the moment.....


Hope to get it in this week it self as now its been a long wait......

where did you asked? VFS/BHC customer care number or BHC email address...your current status also would be Inprocess.....

I applied on 2nd dec..My status so far is In process.....

Oh isit..In that case its of no use to send n email also...better do visit them in person....that seems to be the only possible option....

Did u send an email to ''bombay.visaenquiries@fco.gov.uk'' or some other address...

To be very frank we are clueless at the moment and don't know what to do to take it forward....It should not have taken such long time for them to process the same.... Monday i will try to go to VFS Mumbai norther center and do an inquiry there...i will also send an email to Bombay Visaenquiries ema...

Its the same for me and mark as well... I applied on 2nd dec from Mumbai North and Mark aslo applied in same time frame from Mumbai south..... God knows how they are proceeding....already have processed Dec applications and now they are processing Nov applications.....I also applied in Dec but no up...

Then that is also not the case....was wild guess but that does not seem to be an hurdle now...

Guys better go to VFS and give an cover letter to be submitted to BHC asking them to help in this regards as its been more than 4 weeks now and its still in process.....

Bloke and asethi....Do you have Past UK hisotry....there might be possibility that they are checking/Verifying your past UK record...Just an guess..

Don't worry...The more we assume, we will get confused more...better to wait with patience.... There is no more quota in place now so its matter of time they process our applications and issue visa... I feel that people who applied in Nov end and dec begening should get response in this week... One ...

Yes definatly it might be possible....as one person does not do everything...they too will have different department and have shared responsibilities......

Exactly as Raj said better to wait then calling them everyday.....it wont help and they will process the same at their time.... From 7th Dec onwards my status is same under process...I am sure its already been processed in december it self as processing does not take so long ...its just the stamping...

Going to VFS in of no use so better keep waiting and we cant go directly to BHC as they might not entertain directly.....

Tried VFS and BHC both but still waiting for an response...all say that same thing...under process.... Don't know what processing standards they follow ... if they has some guidelines on that then that would have also helped..... Does directly going to VFS or BHC will help in this case....as that mi...

One more day seems to have gone now....status remains the same....under process... VFS guys told me to come n give an application to VFS office stating its been more than 6 weeks and have not received response so far ....this may help to expedite the process...not sure that will be helpful or not......
