ILR can be revoked if you have absences of 2 years or more. In your case I belive that you are outside the UK for 9 months only (April-11 to Dec-11) so there should not be any problem. You can still apply for citizenship but you should not have more than 3 months absences in the last 12 months. How...

As i am out of since last 4 Months will this create problem during extension? Any continuous stay more than three months would cause the problem while processing ILR unless it is employment related and employer gives supporting document for the same with the valid reason of the duration. 180 days outside UK will still apply and includes ' all absences from UK'. For your ' sickness absence' you should have documentary evidence that it was essential for your condition.
