1. You can use both Indian & UK income together. (Use multiplier to convert Indian income) 2. You can claim max 12 months income in the last 15 months. So choose 12 consecutive month in last 15 months. 12 months are max, if you are a good earner, less than 12 months pay might give you enough poi...

To be honest, that's an accountant's call...... "Dividends from a company where you invloved in day-to-day management" UKBA means your day-to-day invlovement as owner manager(shareholder) not as an "non-mangement employee". You can't use Y-(X*12) for sure. not because you have al...

I reckon one can apply for ILR in this case with request to case worker to use discretionary power (as time period is insignificant). Case worker has power & can use it. [Just an opinion].

It's best to play safe & take extention months earlier to your visa expiry.

You certainly do not need to tick any benefit not being claimed now. As you say, the Public Funds question is written in the present tense, so you certainly do not need to tick any benefits not being claimed now. If you were in receipt of public funds in the past that have since been paid back, you...

You MUST need evidence of earning from at least two different sources. Both employer letter & payslip will be considered from one source. You must send bank statements as second source. Policy guidance is very clear about it. It's a good idea to cross reference bank statements with payslips. If ...

That shouldn't be a problem at all if you are applying after 30/11. You will be sending out your bank statements as well which will include receipt of this pay in your bank account. So things add up.... [just an opinion]

1.Salary account can be used for maintenance fund, no restriction. 2.Normal current a/c bank statements meet all requisites mentioned by HO. 3.For E-Statements, get it stamped by your local branch. 4. If you order banks statments, they don't always come on bank letter head (e.g. Barclays). But there...

Tier 1 (Extention) supporting docs

I've got two questions: 1. I've just applied for extention but didn't send my degree award & marriage certificate again, as i did provide both with my initial application two years back. 2. When i got my Tier 1 two years back, Home office probably made a mistake & awarded me 2 years rather t...
