My husband handed his passport in today and they said it takes a minimum of 6 weeks, what's all that about? People have got it in one week so i dont see where 6 weeks has come from, did they say the same thing to anyone else when submitting their passports?

I know bro u are right u shudn't trust anyone but on other forums people have recieved the same letter and have had their passport returned within a week, so i still think it is down to luck and where u submit ur passport. InshAllah I pray we get them back quickly.

I think it depends on where you submit your passport as some areas work faster than others due to the population, my husband went yesterday to make an apppointment to submit his passport and that man said he should recieve his passport within 15 days however sometimes it can be early or sometimes la...

I think croydon only send these letters as this is the way they write them now, and the meaning of a call letter is visa granted. If asked this and this is the response i got.

I sent my documents to croydon at the start of this months and Allhamdulliah I got my call letter after 3 weeks

It says decision should be reviewed, this means that my hubby has got da visa

Why do we have to write a cover letter stating when the applicant is going to the UK? What is the reason for this?

they do not take 12 weeks for the review, if you read the information on their website under admin review it says they aim to review applications within 28 days, from the day croydon recieves the papers. If you send directly to croydon the process will be quicker as you sending them directly there. ...
