sacha001 Thank you huni, applied in september 2010 and it got refused in december 2010... Applied for appeal on 5th January and recieved the call letter 27th of january. Submitted passport on the 31st January and the recieved passport back on the 14 the febuary with visa :D What position are u in? :)

sabir2011 W/ Salaam it usually takes the AIT a month to send a confirmation letter, after that they send the appeal documents to croydon to review which can take between 2 and 8 weeks. If it goes to courst then it could take up to 6 months. Hope ur decision gets overturned and u recieve your visa so...
Bro on the appeal form there is a section where you have to put all ur personal details in, and in one area it says email address. That's where I wrote my email address, because it is a quick way of recieving the call letter and more convinent. Did you write ur email address on there?

But some people have recieved them within a week so i dnt understand, why it could take so long to stamp a pssport and it is only going to islamabd not dubai. My husband is coming to the uk, thank you bro.
