I think in transistional arrangement they can only increase the point or make scrutiny of application more strict. I will be safe in both cases. I actually showed 20 points for earning during my initial application, education being 35 and age being 20. If they increase earning point...i can show 35 ...

Hi All,

I got my Tier 1 on 14th July 2010. I have changed my name now from

XXX YYY to ZZZ KKKK. The name is reflected in my new Passport and Also, I have changed in my bank statement and other documents.

Please let me know the procedure of name change in my Tier1.
