Did you taken photocopies of all originals? the photocopies were returned or kept?
What cohabitation documents you provided (how many on joint and each name) ?: and rough idea on the cohab docs types.

Krish, your info is wrong.

He was granted visa on 5th March 2010 as his 5 years are going to be completed on 5th March 2015 - he entered UK within 90 days and thus he can apply on or after 5th Feb 2015.

28 days prior to his 5 yrs eligibility(05/03/2015).

I & my wife will apply together; she has passed LIUK and B1 but not very confident while speaking english, my question:

The case working will interview her? or no questions asked from the dependents.
