Re: Can someone travel to UK with visitor visa from red listed countries?

Yes, you can travel by spending 11 days in a third country not on the red list. Know few people on visit visas who have recently arrived from Pakistan via Turkey and US. Hi Absra, are you 100% certain about this? because we are planning something similar for my mother-in-law who holds the UK visito...

Re: ILR for Tier 2 main and dependents

Hi Pavan,

I know this is not your question but may I ask that, are your kids born in the UK or outside the UK? If they are born in the UK then you do not need to apply for their ILR. Once you got your ILR approved you can apply for your kids Citizenship straightaway.

Best of luck for your ILR :)

Re: ILR application with discretion at PEO

Hi Mahmood,

Did you apply using premium service? I am in the same boat and wondering is it worth applying via premium service or not.

Thanks

Re: Tier 2 application problem

Home office will give you 28 days to either make a new application or leave the country so I believe you would be able to make a new application within that timescale :)

Re: When is the earliest that I can apply for Tier 2 extension.

What is the start date on your new CoS? Home Office will need you to apply for your tier 2 extension not more than 3 months before the start date of CoS. As long as the start date on your CoS is within next 3 months you are good to apply anytime. I hope this makes sense.
