After sending the post i found out that the barcode should be mentioned on the back of the cheque and i didn't mention it. Please omit legitimate tier1 general visa holders and keep it to existing tier 1 general visa holders because previous one suggests that what april 2011 settlement changes regarding points test before settlement are fine for existing tier 1 visa holders.

Don't assume that HSMP was the case so we would too. Recently immigrant welfare forum got there JR refused. So its better to act now than to overturn an act or changes. i have a copy of refusal letter but don't know how to attach.[/list]
