In Uk

I have studied a Masters degree from UK and studying in UK from last 2 years, Do I have to take ILETS or would I be consider exempt from this.
If yes do I have to take Academic or General.

The money was taken out as through cheque with title as Cash, On my statement it will turn up as cash withdrawal Regarding Tax, my tax code for one employer is BR and for other not sure as they haven't mentioned it on the payslips.
