my husband got his indefinite leave to remain as the judge allowed our appeal me and my children will get DLR.Im just wandering if it is true one of my friend told me that my children could apply their indefinite once we have the visa .

@verbina ya you have to go to the hearing and the judge decide if the appeal should b allowed or dismissed.In my case the appeal has been allowed.

@Tinapalak it took me 5 month after the refusal to get a hearing date.just need to wait for 5 days more now hopefully HO wont appeal the decision of the judge.Then waiting to get the money refund and visa from HO.Hope the waiting games will be over soon.

Hi ,I also sent my application in June on the basis of 7 year concession.I received the biometric letter on the 5 january after 7 months waiting.Biometric been given still waiting for the outcome.
