Hi, A quick question that I didn't come across earlier. According to my permenent employment contract I'm entitled to 25% of my basic salary as benefit funding. this is paid monthly with my salary to my bank account. On my salary slip this component is shown as 'PEN BEN FUND'. Can I include this as ...

Anyone sucessful with showing UK and overseas earnings ?

Hi,

I'm planning to apply for for Tier 1 initial application hopefully by the begining of next week, and wanted to find out about other members experiences on showing both UK and overseas earnings?
Also I'm planning to go for the same day service..

u need to show 16k UK earnings to claim 5 points from UK experience. Since u have said u already have PSW visa I assumed u can claim that 5 popints based on ur eduction in the UK. Hope this helps.. but do go through the guidelines to make sure what u r doing is correct cos I'm no expert and I'm tryi...

Thank you so much for the advice Silverline. Can I still show the UK salary from my permenent employment recived during the time I was in India. My employment contract doesn't restrict me to work for someone else .

In my opinion I think you should be able to come to UK in Feb and apply for Tier 1. Since you'll be able to use the multiplier to ur earnings, u'll be able to apply for it using ur indian income only provided that you apply within 3 months from coming to UK as u need show the 12 months income within...
