You can apply for ILR 28 days before you complete 5 years of stay in applicable categories.
In your case, you can apply for ILR as early as 14th April 2015 considering the fact that you started your UK stay on 11th May.

Nope... you can apply for ILR 28 days before of your 5 year stay.
Curious to know how you managed to get visa approved in 2 weeks through postal application when UKBA officially lagging 3months+ ?

You need to wait till your ILR get approved and documents are back.
Your old passport is no longer a valid document, not sure why you send it to UKBA.

If it is accepted during entry clearance, most likely it will be accepted during renewal as well.
However, keeping in mind the way UKBA work, highly recommended to get it translated again by approved UK translator... you will sleep better at night... :)

@aliq09 is incorrect on both aspect.
It will be gross dividend to be considered as gross income and the payment date will be considered for the earning period.
Net profits used for sole traders who are not separate legal entity from themselves like ltd company directors.

You need to copy that particular page to provide additional previous addresses... some people (including myself) got away providing just one previous address while applying at PEO....

You must take these docs on the top of your list...
UK Short & Full Birth Certificate
Indian Birth Certificate issued by Embassy
Marriage Certificate

And, your partner's passport copies must be self attested by your partner...
