no need to send parent's passport... need a copy of BRP and Full UK birth certificate along with child's passport in original...

You cant apply for birth certificate and passport together.. at least at London...
Need to apply for birth certificate first... then apply for passport with the embassy issued Birth Certificate...

I dont think you need this declaration / affidavit unless one of the parent holds other nationality passport than India...
I applied recently at London did not provide such documents...

Looks like typo error.. I applied at London.. they took £34... same notified at website (hcilondon.in)..
Also, take the exact change... :)

"Dependants’ fees are for applications made at the same time as the main applicant. For PBS dependants applying individually the relevant main applicant fee is payable"

Which means £1545 for dependants applying separately after 6th April 2013...

I recently extended my T1 as main applicant through PEO service and currently planning to send dependent application through post.
Quick query on the proof of maintenance fund proof. Is it possible to use the same bank statement (with few additional days) I used for my main T1 application?

You can send both application together with single set of documents... If you are paying via postal order or bankers draft, can send a single payment for both of them... On documents side, I dont think you need to send your payslip and bank statement to show your economic activity... proof of mainte...

No stamp or sign is required...
Covering letter is optional and recomended only when you need to add dome explanation like mismatch on payslip and bank transaction etc.
