You can ask them to change the diary date of your statements to 14th Feb and generate statement and send across to you... if you do not receive it in timely manner, walk in into a branch and ask them to print statement till 14th Feb...

I printed double sided... the dependent list goes back to back of the payment page... applied just for myself so no issues... otherwise need to reprint the dependent list...

overdraft or loans has no impact whatsoever on your visa application... You can show your maintenance fund from any account... I recently got visa approved with similar situation like you... my personal account runs on OD most of the time in the month... I showed another account for maintenance fund...

They are indeed doing wrong...
I applied on 6th Feb at Croydon PEO... my visa was expiring on 16th March (more than 28 days)..just received the BRP... visa end date is 16th Mar 2016.. which is 3 years from expiry....
its more on discreation than rules and guidance...

I strongly believe you will need additional documents to prove since it is coming from your wife's company situated at same premises. The amount paid to you as salary must be from a legitimate source (eg. 3rd party) at your wife's company accounts...

You are not self employed if you work as director for a pvt ltd... neither in eyes of HMRC nor by UKBA... You will be still treated as salaried employee for your own pvt ltd...
