i think u should go for administrative review(cause thts free)..and if again refused...then put a fresh application( as u r in uk and u can apply till 5th of april)and this time produce naric letter of comparability...good luck

i think the rules for pgd changed from 15th oct 2010....but thing is that ur consultant should not submitted ur case after that date with pgd.....

try to contact the british high commision in ur country asap regarding ur concern.

if any one applying outside uk,,then both documents and fee should be submitted till end of 22nd dec.
