Yes the letter came today special delivery with my passport and other docs.
The letter says you will receive a letter of invitation for the ceremony - do not ring your council - wait 2 weeks - I was approved yesterday - I am totally happy!!!! Cant stop smiling

Well you are willingly giving your card number together with security codes etc... when you sign the declaration you are agreeing to it (thats how I see it anyway)
however saying that - the post seems to take two weeks to get to people!
I enclosed a Special delivery envelope (if they still have it) to return everything original I sent - but they might just send everything 2nd class anyway...
