Where did you get this list of convictions that case work will look.?
I am just wondering whether "Drive without due care and attention" with 5 points and 300 fine will be come under criminality threshold or not...

I have recieved Motoring(Traffic) conviction CD10 with 5 points and fine last month,I am just wondering that new settlement rules will effect me. Did anyone send a letter to PM to remove this criminality test in new settlement rules?

I was fined 500 pounds, I dont understand how traffic offence will come under Criminal offence.
Is the same rule applies while applying citizenship.

Hi ,
I am due to apply ILR in December 2011, I have a driving conviction ie "without due care and attention" with 5 penality points and fine which I went to court last month. Will this effect my ILR in DEC 2011.
