Re: Is this my tax office address???

No it should be your company's tax ref number - not yours. Reference only will suffice. It should be on your P60. Take a closer look - it looks something like this: 961/XA00265 > looks something like this: 961/XA00265 Hello, thanks. Yes I have the Tax Reference that looks like this. Do I still need...

where to mention Referee qualification?

Hello all,

Under Section 5 'Referees and Identity' there is obviously a need for one of the Referee to be from a list of profession. Where would the referee specify what his/her professional standing is? e.g. lawyer, minister, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Please clarify Residence Requirement dates

Hello, it is confusing if it's different on the ILR form. Anyway, it's actually the same, just put differently. The 2nd and 6th won't be counted towards your days of absence, so it would from the 3rd till the 5th (3 days). You still have to write down the dates of departure and arrival though. Hope...

Please clarify Residence Requirement dates

Hello, I'm referring to Section 2: Residence requirements. Page 8 This form seems to be different to the previous ILR form. Here it's asking for 'Date of departure from the United Kingdom' and 'Date of return to the United Kingdom'. I would like to ask specifically, as an example if I left the UK on...

ESOL and KOL supporting documents

Hello there,

I have already provided my ESOL evidence when I applied for Tier-1 General and both ESOL and KOL when I applied for ILR.

Do I need to provide them again when applying for Naturalisation (citizenship)? I no longer have my B.Sc Degree certificate with me :(

Thanks.

Help with ILR from Tier-1 G with absence around 35 days

Hi there, There's a period while I was on Tier-1 G when I was absent from the UK for over ~35 days in a year. 1 of the absence was back to my home country for 27 days. This is more than the standard Annual Leave allowance. I work through an umbrella company so although I'm a PAYE employee, I only ge...

T1G applicants do not need to provide an employer letter to confirm annual leave or business related absences. You just need to list them under 6.2 & or a spreadsheet of your own. You would leave 6.3 blank, as it it N/A to you. 6.4 asks when you LAST entered the UK, not FIRST. Therefore what wo...

Guys this is very simple. If you claim allowance through your umbrella company, that amount comes out of your taxable pay so you won't be able to claim points for that because it then becomes non taxable. The amount that you can claim is only the gross salary before employee NI and PAYE tax deductio...

I heard that they are quite bad with this in the UK. I can confirm knowing of someone who was told by Nationwide that they are not allowed to stamp anything due to liability. You can however request for printed statements to be sent to you.

Hi guys,

I'm facing a similar situation. Is D3 supposed to relate to the last entry clearance visa issued out of the UK or the first one? What if the applicant came on working holiday maker then went back overseas to get T1 from overseas?

Thx.
