I have showed them 319AA Relevant Points Based System Migrant explanation , but she ignored ..showed IDI .. If properly trained, then she should be aware that the rules trumps the IDI . 1. you need to fill section 7A only if you're on 5 year route, and for this route the 5 year probationary period starts from the date you get FLR(M). 2. i believe they made a mistake and IDI is not the proper legal ground. immigration rules para 319AA clearly defines what is a Relevant Points Based...

i don't know what would happen if you go to PEO without the BRP. i guess it would mean they need some extra time and effort for them to locate your wife's file but i'm not sure. in my wife's case she received her BRP within 3 days and i didn't feel the need to book an appointment for SET(M) immedia...

She needs to apply for FLR(M) right now before the rules change. Ideally a if the period of validity of her FLR(M) BRP is 24 months then it is an indication that her FLR(M) was issued under para 284. once she reaches this stage 287 (a)(i)(d) applies in her case. there's no hurry to apply for SET(M)...

She needs to apply for FLR(M) right now before the rules change. Ideally a PEO, maintenance section only as should be considered under Part 8. A1 English required. AS not yet received any BRP and will apply SET M with the confirmation of FLR m Letter (From PEO)
So that need small advice regarding the application of SET M section SECTION 6 - BIOMETRIC RESIDENCE PERMITS.
Is there any one have done same please share ..

My spouse have FLR(m) recent;y from Crydon PEO, and no yet received her BRP, is it ok to apply Set(M) with only the conformation letter from UKBA?

Thanks SSWSZ and Amber and others..who shared the ideas and advices ..My spouse just received FLR(m) from Croydon PEO, without any single question..I have filled up Section 4 as necessary and Section 7B ...now waiting to LIUK to be finish next week and apply SET(m) soon after ... As I came under old rules I never fill section 7A .i only fill 7B as for now there is no financial requirement for dependents who were here before July 2012 HI again Nice to find you here as I am going tomorrow Crydon PEO for spouse flr(m) who was/is tire 4 PBS dependent beofre July 2012 and now .....

Just fill the section 4 till 4.3 or more according to your situation and then in 4.9 just write we already register our child as British by virtue of section 1(3) BNA .i did the same and got my ILR in Croydon peo without any question.leave all other question as don't fill children detail.
