IVA is a form of insolvency, just one below bankruptcy. I would suggest you apply for citizenship and get approval before you decide to enter into an IVA, which is recorded on the insolvency register. Try and do a debt management plan for now through the charity until you can apply for citizenship....

I am agree but child benefit is for child and on name of sponsor might not any problem if we declare in the spouse application..not sure .. CB document and time

Hi
I would like to apply for child benefit, how long would take them to return my original document.
Is it child- Birth registration, UK British Registration Certificate, and MY ILR. Any thing else required ? and all need to be Original? How long to take to return back.
