Hi mark_b, I would say try calling UKBA (0870 606 7766) sometime next week, as you should give atleast 6-7 weeks for this letter to arrive. I applied for myself and 3 dependents on 17/03/12, making partial payment through CC and rest of it through Cheque. The amount debited through CC was on 31/03/12 and from Cheque it was on 04/04/12.
