I dont know about the CAS, on the Admission letter the college gave me it said 17th january to 1st july, but i dont know about the CAS. but the course was booked as "6months" Also, surely if it was less than 6months the immigration officer would only give me a few weeks after my course end...

There is not any student advisory service, its quite a small college. What can I do / show them that they are allowed to refund my accomodation? they honestly believe that they are not allowed to, but every immigration person I speak to is saying they are allowed!

And they normally allow refunds.
