Re: September 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

Just called UKBA to find out more info, and was told there is no info available apart from it has been allocated to a case worker. I have been receiving this for last week and a half.

You can email the case worker asking for updates. If you know the name then the email format is <<FirstName>>.<<LastName>>@ukba.gsi.gov.uk. I am assuming that the name is unique. If you think the name is common like John Major try John.Major1@ukba.gsi.gov.uk until you manage to reach the cw. Servic...

Just received a letter today from the case worker stating that my ILR has been granted, and we should receive the Biometric cards in next 7 days. Funny enough, none of my clients received any letters from the case worker. What I think worked for me is constant emails to the case worker. I kept on em...

Thanks Rajuk09. This confuses me now. I included invoices, bank statements from business account which shows the money remitted, letter from accountant, and even VAT returns. But still I will try and contact UKBA if they will accept remittance letters now. Am also going to keep on asking clients if ...

First of all thanks for all the helpful advice I have received in arranging the documents for the SET(0) application form. My case was straightforward, atleast I thought so. Re: Tire1 General Last Date to apply from within UK

You are walking on thin ice here. The visa restriction says, you cannot work for a permanent jobs during the student visa stay. So if your job was a temporary or a contract job, it can do.
