dont think so,i initially got an appointment via hmrc for ni but i didnt go cause i was working away,later i booked my appointment with being refered by the dwp.so you should go to your local job centre then make an appointment.

i think the csi has to cover the eaa national and his dependants which is you.the european health insurance card is only for temporary stay or short stays

Why do you need to get married now? pls i will advise you that whether you get married or not it wont change any thing.you will be given the rc,so concentrate on your partner,spend time with her and when your rc comes you can get married without stress.it will take less than 60 days to be processed

yes,i used wpa for my health insurance when we applied and my pre-existing condition was expressly excluded on my health cover.it was accepted by the homeoffice,so there is no big deal about it.
if they refuse it based on that ground they will be discriminating against you.

yes,i got an unmarried partner eea2 and i was able to prove that i have know her for more than 2 years,the period we co-habited was les than one year 6 months and it was approved after 9 weeks,though we had a baby together.

the question is will they allow her to board a plan without a valid visa? if yes,then she will be allowed in when she gets to the uk,you just need to be at the airport.and also send her all the proof of ur exercise of treaty rights and proof that you were living together.
