think the safest insurer here is WPA,the reason is that we hold a policy there and it was accepted by th home office.

koded and co,if you have not been arrested or ur close one has not been arrested before,definately you wont know what am talking about,period,am not been paid to give hime advise,

didnt just wrote the above without intellience,got some of my mates in detention cause of mere suspicion of fraud.infact one was deported ,they later granted him the family permit to come back.if he says the nigerian passport was withheld,then it is a different ball game,any decision to seize a euro...

i was in the same situation,we applied as self sufficient and we used wpa,which doesnt cover emergency and we got our coa and eventually our eea1 and 2,under 3 months.

you need to get ur passport,dont worry nothing wil happen to you while you r waiting for the nigerian passport.you wont be arrested because if they are going to arrest you, they would have done so when you summitted your coa,for marriage.
