pls be aware that once you r married to an eu national and the marriage is not a marriage of convinience,wheter you are illegal or not does not matter ,you will be protected as far as you eu spouse is living here under the eu treaty right

mimine30,you r allowed to work if you a spouce or child of an eu national,by spouce i meant legally married under a lwa recognised by English law.so partners and extented family members are not allowed to work while you application is pending.

yes go to ukba site,they r doing survey on the same day service now,if they get positive response surely it could start as early as febuary or even in april,because the public inquiry ends in january 20th.
