Re: illegitimate child of a family member of EEA National

Read this forum properly I have read about this case before and the baby legitimate child was given a residence permit like his mother who is a non eea and the eu was not the father of the child, because in law the whether the non eu wants to have 10 different children from 10 different men is not th...

Re: illegitimate child of a family member of EEA National

You still don't get the gist , no child is illegitimate no matter the circumstances . You have a child outside wedlock , is different from the child is illegitimate. Illegitimate means the child is not recognized by law which is not correct in your case , you need to prove your case with the home of...

The reply from the UKBA is wrong and deceptive, you can rely on the finances of the non eu member simple.if you have CSI,so those scenarios are a figment of her imagination,my partner acquired her eea one as a student while i was given ee2 ,since then I have been the one working while we hold CSI,she...

Pls be aware that you r taking this matter the wrong way, your proof to being an e.u family member or spouse is not strong enough and people here are not even ready or too polite to point it out.the onus of proof is on you not the ukba, you don't even need a judicial review, what you need is the follow...
