Thanks Mr Malik,

One of my colleague who recently got ILR wa ssaying that the familys who recently got ILR are only eligible to apply for Child Benefit.

They cant apply for Housing Benefit, CTC and WTC.

Please can u or some senior confirm this

The earliest you can apply is 30 May, 2015

27-06-2010 + 5 Years = 27-06-2015 - 28 days = 30 May, 2015

As you have entered with in the 90 days of your visa issuance.

The earliest we can start looking PEO date keeping in view the above mentioned details and as PEO appointments acn be booked 42 days in advance. When they are entitled to claim benefits they can back date to one month or three months.

Also which income period will be used and how long it takes for HMRC to award the benefits.

HSMP

Our case falls under HSMP Judicial review as our initial HSMP applications was between Apr 03, 2006 and Nov 07, 2006

Hopefully Guru Amber will shed light on this.
