Why my start date can't be before 19th Jan 2012 ? is it not possible that start date from next monday ?

what should be start date and end date on COS.

My employer is now registered with HO and got the A rated rating. I need to ask what should be the start date and end date on COS. (2nd) My current visa is expiring in 20 Jan 2012 so can i apply in November for Tier 2 General visa ?

I've assisted around 100 companies in getting a sponsor licence and none has ever been refused for paying too late - unless they failed to send in their summary sheet and supporting documents within 10 days. If all the documents are in order it should take you about 45 Days (A month and a half) Please note if one document fails your entire application fails. They will not just ask you for the missing document. They will refuse you and ask you to re-submit. (Atleast in my situation) Thanks for the promp...

Well i am not applying right now still i have 12 months, i will apply in november but i will force my company to apply for CoS in September or October 2011. I hope by that time things will be in shape or will be far better then current.

Yes, I will try to apply under Tier 2 General. Even if i apply from PSW to Tier 2 General i can claim 30 points (this what UKBA site said).

Thanks all for your reply. Actually i got job in August 2010. So if i apply in march 2011 then i cant make my points. i can apply latest by August 2011 or September 2011.

One more thing i got PSW visa on old 2009-2010 immigration rules which said that after PSW i can apply for Tier 1 General.
