Could anyone please tell which is the best e-mail and phone number to call and enquire about the progress of the EEA2 application. We have sent ours in January, so it has been over 6 month and we have not received anything yet!

Thank you!

At the end of the determination letter it says: "I allow this appeal. No anonymity direction is made" I am not if this is helpful, but the judge started his findings in the determination letter with the following: "The notice of decision shows that the appellant's application was cons...

Our application was refused mainly bacause they thought it's a marriage of convenience. Also, they have raised the issue of the language test since he didn't do it. All these aspects were covered in the court as we provided plenty of evidence. We covered the language issue also even though it was no...

Further evidence required by UK Embassy

Deal All, First of all apologies if I post this topic in the wrong section as I am not sure where our case belongs. I am an EEA national and we have incorrectly applied for a settlement visa for my husband to come to UK. Our application was refused end Dec 2011. We made an appeal beg Jan 2012. Since...

I'm Lithuanian and have a EEA resident permit as I've been in UK for over 6 years now. So I take it we applied for the wrong thing altogether. I was not aware that we can apply for EEA family permit for him if he is outside UK. Is it worth going through the appeal or would it be better to make a new...

One more question...

How good were they with sending all the originals back? I wouldn't want them to loose any of my P60s or any payslips.

Thank you for your reply! 4 months?? That's a long time!!! Is the processing time so slow? Yes, I am including 5 P60s, 6 latest payslips and a letter from the employer stating when I started, where I work, type of contract, yearly salary, weekly hours, position. EEA3 application & required documents

Dear All, I wonder if you could give me some guidance on the documents required for the EEA3 application. I came to UK in September 2005 and started working in October 2005. I have been working without a break, except for holidays (which were no more than 2 weeks) and couple days between the employm...

Thanks once again for the comments, good or bad. I have to be realistic, so I appreciate the raised issues that need to be taken into consideration. To get the documents for me or him would not be a problem. What kind of proof does HO need to prove the relationship is genuine? We would have pictures...

Thank you for the answer.

Where do I file all the documents if we get married in Nigeria? Do I file them in UK? Or I can file them in Nigeria?

How long all the process might take?

Thank you once again!

Thank you so much for your reply! Really much appreciated! That encourages me not to give up! Couple more questions: 1. I am renting a flat with someone at the moment, but the tenancy agreement is in my friend's name. However, I have utility bills in my name. Would that be sufficient? Or should I as...

We have been going out since July, so it's not a long period of time, but we were thinking to get married before he even left. What are the opportunitie...
