Wanderer wrote:That's the validity of the card, most likely due to the age of the picture. It's the same with your driving licence.

The clue is in the name INDEFINATE leave to remain - it never expires, subject to the two year rule etc.....
Thanks for quick response

Hi Sam, You can cancel and reschedule a PEO appointment 5 days before the appointment date without any £100 fee deduction. But money will credit in 3 to 4 weeks not before that. I have canceled and reschedule 10 day before appointment but Fee still not credited in my bank account after 3 weeks. Rega...

Your child under 18 can apply on your application form if they’re eligible.

There is no 's' after 'form'. Implies singular. One form is sufficient.

Thanks Vinny

Re: Confused for ILR Dependent Form (If they will apply by P

Dear Vinny,

Thanks for the reply. But it's not clear dependent will apply by post in that case Do we have to fill 3 separate form (Set-O) for them (Wife + 2 daughters (aged 11 and 7 )) or Only One form for all (2 Kids as dependent of spouse).

Please clarify. I would be thankful to you.
