Cardiff PEO appointment for Salaried + Dividend vouchers

Hi Guys

I read some last years June/July posts about Cardiff PEO that the Cardiff HO do not consider any application of of Salary + Dividend voucher. They just consider salaried applications.

Is this still true?

Tier 1 General Spouse visa outside uk - english requirement

Hi Guys

Could you please clarify one confustion?

Is English test mandatory for the Tier 1 General Dependent visa applying from Pakistan?

I have been told by one of my friend that English requirement is only for settlement visa not for Tier 1 general dependent visa. Is it correct?

Regards
