UKBA point based calculator is giving your points for age depending on your first application. SO you should get same point for the age when you applied first time.

Just to clarify my wife is in UK with me and we are extending our stay
and i am sending these document

1 Marriage certificate
2 Council Tax
3 Home Contact.

do i need Joint Bank Account Statement? or utility bill as i don't have any bill with the name of my wife.

Tier 1 dependant Extension fee

Hi

I am extending my tier-1 visa. So after 6th april visa fee for me and my two dependants for postal application is

Main applicant = 1000
Dependant (wife) = 500
Dependant (son) = 500
in Total its 2000

i think you should never mention it. In case if they refuse your visa you can still apeal it attaching your penalty receipt that you ve paid the amount before 21 days and its clearly mentioned in the recept that its not a criminal offence before that.
