Hi

I am extending my tier-1 visa. So after 6th april visa fee for me and my two dependants for postal application is

Main applicant = 1000
Dependant (wife) = 500
Dependant (son) = 500
in Total its 2000

Its very clear you cannot apply for any visa if your passport is expiring within 6 months

But its not taxable. We can only include the amount which is taxable. If i am right?

i think you should never mention it. In case if they refuse your visa you can still apeal it attaching your penalty receipt that you ve paid the amount before 21 days and its clearly mentioned in the recept that its not a criminal offence before that.
