no i moved to contracting however in my application i did not mention anything at all related to my conract, current job etc

however on the form question how much salary i take home i mention only 641 even though i put my home rent 975 a month :)

i used only 7 consecutive bank statements and the last payslip 7th one was including holiday pay and no questions were asked even i used 7 payslip from start of 15th month period june 2012 to jan2013

No i meant i did not fill 6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK? but ofcourse i filled 6.1 and 6.2

Case worker will not ask however if by chance he asks you just mention that we are thinking to apply their visa by post as we are saving money as i believe you still have days left for them

I GUESS EVERY ONE IS BUSY... 641 is tax free salary if you are director of a company for 2013-2014

I just want to confirm if there is any signature or declaration from dependant on Set(0) from who is applying with me. I could not find any signature option on the form so just wanted to confirm it if anyone knows about it

if you are tier 1 then you dont need to fill it says

If you are unable to meet the appropriate rate of pay because you are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave

the bonus will be treated as a gross salary as we pay tax on it. i have got my extension for tier 1 in past including bonus

i am on the same page and i am going for ilr in two weeks time inshALLAH with my permanent payslips and showing only 6 month of payslips to match my points for tier1 and i am not mentioning anything for contract salary

No you dont have to earn 35k for all years.

For Tier-1 General you just have to meet the points of earning from 12 month salary slip from last 15 months before your visa will expire...

Thats True but just to make thing clear consecutive means, he need to show consecutive for 12 month out of last 15 months for example first 1-4 or 3-10 or 10 -15 or 1-7 etc you cannot include first three and last three if it breaks 12 month period but you can pick 4 salari slips out of 1-8 lol not s...
