my query was about an advisor that told me today that they can take the case and apply for spouse visa under article 2,8,14, and they are sure that i will have the visa within few weeks.

my wife has 2 yrs multiple entry family visitor visa.

the 180 days are her stay here?
so if she overstayed, we can then do FLR M ?
