I'm going to apply for ILR along with my wife and kid as dependants. My wife is in dependant visa from sep 2007. Also my kid was born in UK in Sep 2008. You should be taking some money as dividend, its advisable to take the dividend voucher and get a letter from your accountant stating your approximate yearly salary + dividend.
