Hi Bildor I remember you were the member posted your ILR success story (using super premium service I guess). I see that you've provided overseas bank statements in your docuements. Mine is a similar case as I will be providing my overseas bank statements (and payslips, tax forms etc) as proof of m...

The use of overseas earnings is permitted. Hi Bildor, Are you sure this is permissible for ILR applications? If you could point to anything in the immigration rules or guidance it would be very helpful. As cs95tdg says, there doesn't seem to be anything clear in the guidance regarding overseas earn...

Re: ILR APPROVED

I applied using the Super premium service as my case was a little bit complicated and I really didn’t want UKBA holding onto my passport for long as I need to travel soon. Complication of my case arises from the fact that part of my earnings is overseas earning. Documents were collected by a courie...

Congrats. We hardly hear cases for super premium service, just out of interest how much was the whole fee inc 3 dependants as I know someone who is looking to apply in couple of months time The cost of the whole application is £9,444.00. This is made up of £6,000.00 and £3,444.00 (premium service c...

Your BRP must have been delivered with a letter attached to it.
The letter states clearly that if there is an error on the card, you need to send an email to a certain email address within 10 working days of recieving your card.

The use of overseas earnings is permitted.
However I will recommend u have a minimum of 3 types of evidence if possible e.g. Bank statement, payslip and letter from employer.
In addition to the above, you should include a well detailed cover letter as well as employment contract if possible.

There was a long discussion around non-work related absences, particularly if you left shortly after your very first arrival. I had to leave after 1.5 month since arrived for the first time and was away for 32 days. I put it as Holiday - Family Visit. And our assumptions proved to be correct, you a...

I believe the guidance says you can use gross.
In your case that should be the basic (2500), before any deduction is taking into account.

I think u need to provide more information so people have a better picture. For example: timeline of type of visas you have held as well as employment history. You might also want to call HMRC to have them send your employment history to you. Hopefully from that letter u would be able to see where t...

Seems really unfair.
Maybe u can try referring them to ukba website where it states clearly that ur status continues to be what it was as long as application is submitted before visa runs out.

Based on the fact that you entered the uk within 90 days of entry clearance being stamped, by October 2013 you will have met the 5yr qualifying period.
You need to check other attributes though I.e. absences, earnings, etc to ensure that you are ok.
