3 year Kids Nursery allowance from Government.

Hi,

Our 3 year old goes to Nursery and she is now eligible to receive the free nursery hours as per UK government rules. I just wanted to check if claiming that counts against ILR? does the free hours for childcare come under public fund?

Please advise.

Re: Employment History

You can request HMRC to send you SA302. Btw can you also provide bit more details on what document you have received and from whom? I received the employment history from HMRC today. I had requested for employment history from HMRC 10 days ago. I was expecting to see both PAYE plus self employed in...

Re: ILR PEO deferred Apps - Further checks/Additional docs c

Sorry for the delay in replying. Not sure why they're asking from 2009, as my first tier 1 was issued in Sept 2010. Anyway, in the end I discovered that the issue with the 2010 tax was my accountant's fault, as I had submitted the info to him at the time, but he hadn't filed a tax return for that y...

Based on what? Can you point me where it is mentioned at least 12 months payslips/bank statements? Same for P60? Re: P60, National Insurance Record, Employment History

zghtto is on Tier 2 visa and he does not need 12 payslips. 12 payslips is only for Tier 1 visa where applicant has to prove annual income. For tier 2 visa, the salary should be as per the SOC code and to prove that 3 months salary slip should be fine. Thanks for the reply, that's my point that ther...

You said you are applying for your ILR and you just have payslips/bank statements for the last three months ?? I am afraid my friend but this it is not enough documents for your ILR. In order to prove your income you need to produce atleast 12 months payslips & last 12 months bank statements. I...

As far as I have confirmed with multiple reliable sources, It is indeed deposited date which matters. Take it this w...
