Lost Passports

Hi,

Have you recieved your passports? I am planning to file a Case against Home Office and royal mail.If you lost your passports and other documents let us join together to get compension.

I haven't received my OLD passports.

I have applied for new passport. I am going to file a case against home office and Royal mail.

Lost Passport

Hi Guys,

The passports sent by Home Office through Royal Mail were lost. I have applied for new passports and i need to book for an appointment for stamping.Under which category / Type of application i can book for the appointment (PEO)?

curently i am holding ILR

We do have the copies of the UK visa and my current status is valid for another 5 months. So if we have to reapply for the passports and the get the visa stamping, will we be eligible to claim compensation either from Home Office or Royal mail?

We checked with the tracking number and there is no record of any delivery. It seems we have lost all the passports and documents.Please let us know what else we can do?

Hi,

My Wife is on Tier1 and she want to switch to FLR(M).She has done her bachelor degree from JNTU India and she got her TIER1 based on the letter that was produced from the university. Can we use the same letter while we apply for FLR?

ILR for wife not on dependent Visa

Recently i got my ILR and now i want to apply ILR for my wife and she is on tier1 visa. She has completed 2 years and 3 months in UK under tier1 visa.We are living together for more than 2 years.Is it possible for me to apply ILR for my wife under SET (M) ? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks, CS
