What difference does it make?

As long as all the pages are shown, the order is not relevant.

Case workers are human beings and apply common sense in dealing with basic things, so there is nothing to worry about.

If you are still unconvinced, why don't you just print out all the pages single sided?

I would have to humbly disagree with you. Dependant guidance is one of the most straightforward guidance from UKBA. The requirement is very minimal. The maintenance requirement depends on extent of your stay. If you are here in the UK for more than 12 months, then the dependant needs to show 600 GB...

Hi,

Tier 1 General is closed for anyone wanting to switch into this category which is what I assume you want to do.

There are other categories of Tier 1 such as the entrepreneur route that you can potentially consider if you meet those requirements

You have already been given the answer.

The answer is No as you made a valid in-time application.

As far as that question is concerned, tt doesn't matter when your application was approved. All that matters is your status when you made the valid in-time application

Mani King has been very polite in addressing the first poster, so I don't understand why you have to be so rude and uncouth to him. The forum has sticky topics where logically related information should be grouped together and Mani King has pointed the poster to this. Is he wrong in doing so? You sh...

On your second question, following the present guidelines, you will be able to apply for ILR in 2016 and not 2015 as you...

Hi,

As your case is self employed and not salaried, it may take a longer time as they try to thoroughly verify and corroborate the earnings claimed and any other documents submitted.

I suggest you exercise some patience and hopefully you get an answer soon.

It is alright for your earnings to vary. In the simplest of terms and assuming you are specifically using 12 payslips for 12 months prior to your extension, you have to earn enough money in the aforementioned months to meet the points thresholod and score the required points. Variaitions in your inc...

This forum is for immigration matters and not to explain legal ramifications of your company to you.

Why don't you contact the legal department of your company or get a solicitor with immigration experience to act as an intermediary and explain anything you are struggling to fully understand?

Why was the original application refused?

It is very important to let us know why it was refused and why subsequent appeals have been refused, as it may not be worth it to contnue with appeals if there is really chance of success.

In theory, yes, she can stay up to 28 days after her visa expiry date, but I did not mention it earlier and would not recommend this course of action if you can avoid it.

In the op's case, it is possible to avoid having to overstay by even one minute, so why risk having it on your record
