QuickSam,

Your case may have been very peculiar and I am glad to hear it worked out for you.

As other people have stated, based on the policy guidance and based on the initial query, you would have to go back to your home country and apply.

Hi,

There are lots of threads on this on the forum already.

Unfortunately, they would have to go back to their home country and apply as they can't switch to dependant visas in-country from PSW.

Ducky, Just make your point clearly and firmly that you need your statements stamped for a visa application and the bank should do it. If they do not, ask to see the manager and explain clearly again. At the very least they would stamp the statements and that would suffice. Contrary to what many peo...

It starts from the day it was approved and not the day you enter.

This information is clearly written on the visa.

The timelines differ for people.

I don't think you should be bothered at all. As long as you have received one BRP for your dependent, I am pretty sure the other 2 and your passport are on their way.

Just give it a couple of days.

Can you please provide more information about your application and your reason for refusal? Unless you were informed that you were banned, you can always come back to the UK in another capacity if you qualify or as a visitor. With more information, people will be able to give more help. Hi, You don't necessarily need to show the exact same earning which in your case was £45,000. You need to show the relevant earnings that will give you at least the minimum required points you need to qualify for your extension. Depending on the total score you got in your initial application, the e...

No.

Like MB243 has said already, it can include gaps in the 12 months, but the key is that you meet the required earnings threshold within the period regardless of the fact that there could be gaps in your employment.

Hi, You will be awarded the same points for your age for your extension. For your earnings, refer to the section of the Policy guidance that relates to people who applied when you did to find out what you have to earn. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/pbs/t1-general-gui...

Hi Rushiparikh,

Why don't you just get a second job in the UK? You can probably do it on the weekends or at night.

£8,000 should not be difficult to attain in a second job and it will also mean that when you apply for your extension, your application will be straight forward.
