Hi Malikjitin, 1. You need to provide more clarity for your first question, as you didn't really ask a question but made a statement. 2. Any earnings made within a consecutive 12 month period within a 15 month period prior to your application date is accepted. Bear in mind that although it is advise...

Mulderpf, I do agree that people make what you call "sloppy applications" and have to depend on appeals for approval, but on the flip side, is it fair that when a case worker has made a human error, that the applicant should pay for this mistake in addition to his/her visa application fee?...

Your comments to oneITguy are very insulting.

If you can answer his question, then do so, else refrain from such comments.

Even refusing Nigerians at a rate of 126 per day doesn't deter them. The question they ask when getting a refusal is ''When can I apply again'' For most Nigerians it is a game Rizwan, what is the correlation between the last three paragraphs in that article and the point highlighted above by mochyn ...

For the moderators,
I believe when people like mochyn make uneducated comments that prove ignorance, and slag other nationalities or countries like some of the ones made above, you should do something about it.

Hi Rohitsharmalk,

A biometric appointment does not mean an informal visa approval as everyone has to attend an appointment now.

Your application will still be considered based on its own merit and has no bearing on the call to attend a biometric appointment.

You guys shouldn't be worried. Some people's payment takes like 2 - 3 weeks to get deducted. In terms of using a consultant, some of them give very good advice, but others are in it just for the money. You could have probably asked to go through the form before it was submitted as it is your right, ...

Hi itsvinodin,

On a personal note, I believe payslips and bank statements are enough, so do not worry too much. If UKBA are being thorough, the travel information is contained in your passport and they should see it.

I hope everything goes well for you.

Seeing as your overseas earnings are band1 and will get no uplift ratio, in my opinion, it shouldn't make a difference as the earnings will just be taken without any uplift. To be on the safe side, just get a letter from your employer overseas stating that from these dates you worked abroad from the...

For 508,000 INR, you get 6,844.13GBP on the Oanda currency converter on 19th March. To be honest, what is in your passport should be enough, but I just read some posts were people said something about getting an extra letter to confirm you were physically present. In your case, just include a cover ...

You would use the conversion rate on that day, which in your case is 19th March.

You can only apply uplift ratio if yuou were physically in India when you did the work.

If you were in the U.K you cannot apply uplift ratio.
